Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept product returns for items that are for personal care.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
If you are unhappy with our product for any reason with in 30 days of purchase, please contact email@example.com to initiate the refund process. When your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 days.
Cancellations are allowed as long as the order hasn't been shipped out. To cancel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive an email notifying that your product is shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after 14 days of being informed that your refund has approved, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
